1.Features

The piston rod has a one-way actuation seal ring consisting of an anti-wear filled PTFE ring and a rectangular rubber seal ring. The rubber seal rings provide elasticity, compensate for wear on the PTFE step rings, and are suitable for sealing the piston rods of a hydraulic cylinder. A guide ring is generally used. The sealing ring is suitable for heavy hydraulic equipment. If the axle diameter is less than φ30, the split groove shall be adopted.

2.Materials

The wear ring is PTFE glass fiber MoS2 composite material;

The rectangular ring is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR).

3.Performance

The step ring for heavy duty rod GMSS is suitable for single-sided pressure piston rods.

4.Operating Conditions

Pressure: ≤40MPa;

Speed: ≤5m/s;

Frequency: ≤5Hz;

Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (depends on the material of the O-ring);

Medium: mineral-based hydraulic oil, flame retardant liquid (HFA, HFB), biodegradable hydraulic oil, water.
