1. Condensation Silicone Rubber Series
Condensation silicone rubber is a room temperature moisture curing elastic sealant product: it is a viscous liquid or paste before curing, and it gradually reacts and cures by absorbing moisture from the air, achieving adhesion or sealing, easy to operate, and it has excellent temperature resistance and weather resistance.
Sinomach Sealant 5234 series silicone adhesives have good thixotropy, deoxime curing, fast curing speed, high adhesion strength, high-temperature resistance, and good adhesion to a variety of metals and glass. Suitable for the sealing and bonding of household appliances, especially for the bonding of metal parts and ink glass in kitchen appliances.
2. Addition Silicone Rubber Series
Addition silicone rubber is a room temperature moisture curing elastic sealant product: it can be stored at room temperature, and rapid curing by heating, meeting the requirements of efficient assembly applications, low VOC ; it can bond to various substrates without primer, which has good temperature resistance and weather resistance, widely used in the fields of electronic appliances and electrical control boxes for sealing and bonding.
Sinomach Sealant 6525 series silicone adhesives are two-component, with a 1:1 mass ratio, translucent, and rapid curing at medium and low temperatures, resistant to humidity and boiling water, with good adhesion application. Suitable for home appliances and home decoration fields, typically used for the bonding and sealing of the heating disc and glass body of electric kettles.
Sinomach Sealant 5822 series silicone adhesives are one-component, gray, thixotropic, heat curing, high-strength, low permanent deformation under compression, and have good adhesion to materials such as aluminum and stainless steel. Modified silane polyether adhesives is a room temperature curing elastic sealant product, which is a viscous liquid or paste before curing. It reacts with water molecules to achieve cross-linking, de-alcoholization, and curing. It has low odor, excellent durability, high resistance to deformation displacement, good adhesion, applicability, environmental friendliness, low contamination, and excellent workability, widely used in fields such as vehicle manufacturing, elevator assembly, and home decoration.
