1.Features

The piston rod has a bidirectional actuation seal ring consisting of an anti-wear filled PTFE ring and an O-ring rubber seal ring. The O-ring provides elasticity, compensates for the wear on the PTFE square rings, and has a two-way sealing effect. Suitable for sealing the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder. A guide ring is generally used. If the axle diameter is less than φ30, the split groove shall be adopted.

2.Materials

The wear ring is made of PTFE bronze composite;

The O-ring is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR); or Fluororubber (FKM).

3.Performance

Step ring for rod GSI is suitable for piston rod with pressure on both sides.

4.Operating Conditions

Pressure: ≤40MPa;

Speed: ≤5m/s;

Frequency: ≤5Hz;

Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (depends on the material of the O-ring).
