1.Features

It consists of a sliding ring filled with PTFE and an O-shaped rubber seal ring. The O-ring provides radial pre-load, which allows the sliding ring to cover the rod, compensating for wear on the wear ring. It has a double-sided sealing effect and can withstand pressure in one or both directions. Suitable for high-pressure and low-speed rotating shafts, rods, bearings, rotary joints, transpositions, etc.

2.Materials

The sliding ring is PTFE;
O-rings is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) or Fluororubber (FKM).

3.Performance

Can be used for internal or external sealing;
Low abrasion;
High corrosion resistance and dimensional stability;
Simple groove design and small groove size;
Storage property of lubricating oil;
Small friction resistance, start quickly, no creeping phenomenon, to ensure the smoothness of the movement;

4.Operating Conditions (The following limit values cannot occur at the same time.)

Temperature and pressure: ≤30MPa;
Speed: ≤1m/s Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (Depends on the material of the rubber).
