1.Features

It consists of a filled PTFE wear ring and an O-shaped rubber seal ring. The O-ring provides radial pre-load and compensates for wear on the wear ring. It has a two-way sealing effect and can withstand pressure in one or both directions. It is suitable for high-pressure, low-speed rotary shafts, rods, bearings, rotary joints, transposition holes, etc. If the aperture is less than Φ40, split grooves shall be used.

2.Materials

The wear ring is filled with PTFE;
O-rings are Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) or Fluororubber (FKM).

3.Performance

Can be used for internal or external sealing;
Low abrasion;
High corrosion resistance and dimensional stability;
Simple groove design and small groove size;
Storage property of lubricating oil;
