1.Features

The double-lipped dust ring consists of a wear ring with a sealed cutting edge and a dust-proof cutting edge, and two O-rings used as pre-loading elements.

2.Materials

The wear ring is made of PTFE bronze composite;

The O-ring is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR); or Fluororubber (FKM).

3.Performance

The double-lipped dust ring is used to improve the overall seal, and GPTA is best combined with our sealing ring for rod in GSJ, GUR or GY1.

Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (depends on the material of the O-ring).
