Dust ring GP1 features a simple structure, small cross-section, easy installation and low cost. Cylinders are used to prevent contaminants from mixing into the hydraulic system and sealing system.

2.Materials

The O-ring is Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR); or Fluororubber (FKM).

3.Performance

Very good scraping and dust removal;
The outer circle positioning is reliable;
The dust ring can be used over a wide temperature range;
There is no back pressure between the seal ring and the dust ring.

4.Operating Conditions (the following limit values cannot occur at the same time)

Speed: ≤1m/s;
Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (depends on the material of the O-ring);
Working medium: hydraulic oil, water, emulsion.
