   1.Features
The GPHD combined seal consists of a PTFE slip ring, an elastomer force ring, and two check rings. Due to the setup of the initial interference, the sealing ring has excellent sealing performance at low pressures. When the pressure is increased, the sealing performance is also very good. Since the elastomer exerts a force on the seal ring, the axial force due to the pressure of the system is converted into radial extrusion. The heavy-duty check rings are specially designed to protect the sealing rings from extrusion and are guaranteed to have a long service life even under harsh working conditions, meeting the needs of a variety of hydraulic cylinder applications. 
   2.Materials

Seal ring: bronze filled PTFE;
Elastomer: Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR);
Check ring: Polyformaldehyde (POM) .

   3.Performance

The GPHD combined seal is suitable for pistons under pressure on both sides. 
The groove structure is simple.
No crawling when starting, smooth operation. 
Low static and dynamic friction coefficient and low wear. 
Larger extrusion clearance is allowed.
Because of the large extrusion clearance, it can be used safely even in solid media. 
Long service life.

   4.Operating Conditions

Pressure: ≤40MPa;

Speed: ≤5m/s;

Temperature: -30°C to +200°C (depends on the material of the O-ring);

Medium: mineral-based hydraulic oil, flame retardant liquid (HFA, HFB), biodegradable hydraulic oil, water.
